Mediation with Tom Nesbitt

As a litigator for over 24 years, I have always appreciated an effective mediator. We have many great ones here in Austin — professionals skilled at helping our clients see a path to resolving conflict. 

I am available to serve as your mediator in all varieties of civil disputes. My 24 years of practice in labor & employment law and commercial litigation make me particularly well-suited to mediate your clients’ non-compete, trade secrets, shareholder/business divorce, employment contract or employment discrimination/retaliation cases. Although I spent the first nine years of my career representing almost exclusively employers, over the last 14 years I have represented both employers and individuals in consultation and litigation. I believe that the relatively rare experience of having represented both companies and individuals will be an asset in helping you and your clients resolve conflicts.

I can conduct your mediation at my law office, at your office, or by Zoom. Or we can arrange for a separate location.
